Charmya Refund Policy

We care about our learners’ improvement, development and satisfaction.
You have the right to request a refund for all eligible courses that you purchased on our Charmya platform.
7-day Policy
You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase of the course. There will be no refund if your request is beyond 7 days.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will be the same as the payment amount that you made for the course purchase.
Refund Time
Basically, it takes 15 days to get the refund since the time you requested. It may take longer for unexpected cases.
Refund Method
The refund method may or may not be the same as the original payment method that you made when purchasing course. We reserve the right to use our standard payment method(s).
Denying Refund
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
- A significant portion of the course was consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.
- Multiple refunds have been requested
- Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disable due to a violation of our Terms
- Subscription services, Corporate services and Bundle purchases are not refundable

2. The course that you want to get a refund for (Course name, Course ID)
3. Reason for requesting a refund
